, Discount Code for the AAW Virtual Symposium and Maple Wood Sale
Good afternoon fellow SPSW members! As mentioned at the last meeting our AAW Liason Kent Horton has obtained a discount code for the upcoming AAW Virtual Symposium. The livestream will occur June 4 - 7, 2026 and the videos will be available until September 24th. The Virtual Symposium registration page is https://www.aawsymposium.org/virtual and the discount code is SPSWTV2026. You need to register by April 30th to take advantage of the best fee.
Also mentioned at the meeting was an upcoming Figured Maple wood sale at Dave Schweitzer's property. If you have been a member for some time you will be aware of previous wood sales at Dave's property. He always has very nice wood at a great price. The sale is on May 2, 2026 so you will want to mark it on your calendar. See the attached flyer for more info.
